Psychoeducational Workshops

In a time-limited program, participants are
supported and educated regarding the emotional implications
of life's changes.

Through discussion, videos, role play, journal writing,
books, and other interactive activities, children and their
families are motivated to develop coping skills to improve
self-esteem and enhance family relations.

The interactive workshops that Families In Transition
(F.I.T.)
offers have proven to be a very powerful
tool in supporting families through difficult times.
